What to do if someone illegally parks in your car space?

Unfortunately, legally The Bank Apartments management cannot remove the car from a privately owned car space. All we can do is try to track down the owner of the vehicle and ask them to remove it.

Send an email to the concierge contact@urbanprecinct.com.au
Please include the following:

• Your name
• Your apartment number
• Your car park number
• The last time you know your car space was empty.
• When you first noticed the illegally parked car in your car space.
• The number plate of the car.

Please also try to include a photo of the car in the email.
