MOVING INFORMATION
Please register with The Bank Apartments management app using the link below to book a lift before you move in.
There is a loading zone out the front of the building on City Rd for commercial vehicles to park in.
Moving can also be from the car park if you have a parking space. The maximum height of vehicles in the car park is 2.1 meters.
Report to the front desk before you start moving in to get your lift locked off.
The moving-in or out times for Bank Apartments is 9 am to 12 pm / 12 pm to 5 pm Monday to Friday and 9 am to 12 pm Saturdays. Please do not ask the building manager to move outside these hours as the answer will be no.
You must give a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for a booking.
All bookings are by appointment only. You cannot book multiple days without prior permission from Building Management.
Residents cannot move in/out of Bank Apartments on Sundays or Public Holidays.
If you are using a professional removalist they must provide a copy of their Public Liability Insurance Policy. If the removalist does not provide their insurance details they will not be allowed to enter the premises. This is a public liability risk issue.
An Indemnity form must be signed by the removalist or the person performing the move. Should your removalist refuse to sign the Indemnity Form, they will not be able to enter the premises.

All furniture and boxes must go straight from the truck or van into the lift and from the lift straight into the apartment. Nothing is to be left in the foyers.
