The Concierge will take delivery of:
Parcels with dimensions not exceeding 40cm x 40cm x 40cm, and weight not exceeding 12kg.
Photo ID is required when collecting parcels.
Parcels can only be held for 10 days, after this time they will be returned to sender.
While the utmost care is taken with your parcels we do not accept any responsibility for loss or damage.
The Concierge will NOT take delivery of:

Please follow the guidelines for deliveries of items exceeding 40cm x 40cm x 40cm and/or 12kg into the building:
You need to be present in the building when receiving these deliveries.
You will not be able to receive a delivery at the Bank Apartments unless it has first been organised with the Duty Manager.
You will not be able to receive a delivery at the Bank Apartments unless a lift has been booked in advance.
Deliveries to the Bank Apartments can only be accepted between the hours of 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday and 8 am to 11 am Saturdays. Please do not ask the Duty Manager for deliveries outside these hours as the answer will be no.
You must give a minimum of 24 hours notice of the delivery.
Delivery vehicles must not obstruct the car park entry. There is a loading zone out the front of the building for commercial vehicles to park in.
Report to the Duty Manager when your delivery arrives to get your lift locked off.
All items being delivered must go straight from the truck or van into the lift and from the lift straight into the apartment. Nothing is to be left in the foyers.
Nothing is to be placed against common area walls.
Nothing is to be placed in front of stairwell entrances, service cupboards, and emergency doors.
On completion of the delivery, the lift is to be returned to the ground floor and the Concierge or Building Manager is to be notified.
